Specialist outfit, ON-Broadcast, has strengthened its team with the appointment of BBC reporter and producer, Daniel Emery.
His role will see him support the agency across brand storytelling, news filmmaking and key account management. He will report to Directors Joe Dyble and Ellen Ockey and joins on September 1st.
Dyble said: “Being able to tell a story well is everything in this job, whether it’s through a press release, a pitch, a video or a tweet. Daniel brings years’ of storytelling experience and we know his nous will allow us to tell our clients’ stories even more compellingly.”
Emery worked at the BBC for over a decade, having spent time at Dennis Publishing, News UK and the Daily Mail Group.
“At the heart of any news story is a good narrative and I’ve seen ON deliver that time and again,” he said.
Emery continued: “ON’s unique approach has secured coverage for its clients over some fierce competition” adding that he was “looking forward to helping existing and new clients build their presence across all media, as well as creating unique content and compelling campaigns.”
He is one of a series of key additions the firm intends to make as it looks to continue to grow its presence in the industry.
ON-Broadcast Communications was founded in 2010 as a broadcast PR and video production specialist. The agency, whose clients include Kellogg’s, The Co-operative, National Apprenticeship Service, Cats Protection, WorldSkills UK and Roche, recently completed the build of a new webcast and broadcast studios in Berners Street, W1.
